It is your responsibility to ensure ALL the steps below have been completed by you and your team.

1. Watch the Contractor Training PowerPoint

(approx. 30min.)

Contractor Safety and Environmental for unescorted site access. Each person coming on-site will need to review the PowerPoint and complete the quiz.

2. Complete the Contractor Training Quiz

Quiz Questions come from the PowerPoint!

Complete the test using the answer test sheet.

After reviewing the PowerPoint, complete the quiz and score a 70% or above. Click here for the answer test sheet.

3. Contractor Safety Questionnaire

Review and Complete.

4. Contractor Letter

Review.

Note: A current Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA) and Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI) must be on file.

Through the online safety training, all contractors are given the information they need in order to comply with all VNE/NCF general safety requirements.  Failure to follow these requirements by the contractor, their sub-contractor, or their employees may result in removal from the plant site and denied re-admittance until all safety concerns are addressed and corrected.
